Archally ("we", "us", "our") provides blueprint-driven architecture consulting and tooling. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website at archally.pro.

When you submit a form on our website, we collect the information you provide:
- Qualification form: email address, company size, role, industry, primary pain point, and optional expectations
- Contact form: full name, email address, reason for contact, and message

- Google Analytics: anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate geographic region, and referral source
- Server logs: IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps (standard web server logging)
3. How We Use Your Data
- Qualification form submissions: to evaluate fit for early access and to contact you about Archally services
- Contact form submissions: to respond to your inquiry
- Analytics data: to understand how visitors use our website and improve the experience
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
- Form submissions: Google Cloud (Firebase / Firestore), region
europe-west1(Belgium) - Analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC, subject to Google's privacy policy)
- Email communications: Resend (Resend Inc., subject to Resend's privacy policy)
5. Data Retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (currently 14 months).
6. Cookies
This website uses the following cookies:
- Google Analytics (_ga, _gid): performance measurement cookies that help us understand website usage. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies.
- Theme preference: a localStorage entry (not a cookie) that remembers your light/dark mode choice. No data is sent to any server.
